This balloon comes uninflated and packaged. Take to a party shop, florist or other professional to inflate with helium. If you are unable to do so and are inflating yourselves, please follow our Inflation Guide or contact us for instructions. As balloons can be easily damaged, we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage, including over inflating. Therefore, follow our Aftercare Advice to avoid accidental damage.

We only use the best manufacturers. Therefore all of our balloons pass CE standards, characters are licensed and we do not ever use Chinese rip-offs.However if you experience problems, please do not throw away the balloon and contact us to report.
Optional Personalisation
You can order additional personalisation for a small fee, but please note that Orbz need to be personalised after inflation. Therefore we provide a DIY kit for you. If you would like to add this to your purchase, please type the name/message in the appropriate box above. You can add up to 9 letters using cut vinyl, if more letters are needed please contact us to see if it’s possible and what the extra charge is. We will use a font and colour that suits the theme. However, please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate.
Optional Additional Ribbon & Weight
You can add a plastic weight and enough ribbon for one balloon by selecting in the options below. If you are buying several items, you may wish to buy them in bulk. Please visit Accessories for all of your available options.
