- Order Info – unless there are back orders or personalised items, we aim to post orders same day if payment is received by 10 am
- Information About You – you need to provide accurate data and be over 18 when placing your order. By placing your order you are entering a legally binding contract
- Order Contract – when you place your order you will receive an acknowledgment email, although we try to keep accurate stock levels until your confirmation email has been sent we have not entered a contract or agreed to send your order. Orders (especially back orders) are subject to availability
- Personalised items – we do not accept returns or refund personalised items, so please check carefully before ordering
