We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if something goes wrong please follow our returns & refunds policy.

Before returning your purchase, please use the following guide.

If you have changed your mind

  • Products must be returned in original packaging (or packaging posted in), unused and undamaged.
  • You have 30 days from the date of your original order to notify us of a return/cancellation. Then you have a further 7 days to return the item. If you have exceeded this timeframe, please contact us and we may still be able to help.
  • Returns on personalised items will not be accepted.
  • If you are returning because you have changed your mind, we do not pay for any postage costs.
  • Simply fill in the form at the bottom of this page to start the process. We will send you your Returns Form which you need to include when returning your product(s).

If you have received the wrong product(s)

  • Please submit a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • If we have made a mistake with your order, we will cover postage costs.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging (or packaging posted in), unused and undamaged.
  • Simply fill in the form at the bottom of this page to start the process. We will send you your Returns Form which you need to include when returning your product(s).

If your items are faulty/damaged

We take all reports of damage seriously. Please notify us immediately of any issues.

  • If you notice any damage when received, please notify us immediately. Do not attempt to inflate before contacting us
  • You have 30 days from the date of your original order to notify us if you discover your balloon is faulty during/after inflation, please do this within 24 hours of inflation so we are able to investigate if need be. We may have to contact the shop that inflated it. Then you have a further 7 days to return the item. If you have exceeded this timeframe, please contact us and we may still be able to help.
  • To avoid accidental damage, please take to a professional to inflate and follow our Aftercare Advice
  • We will need photographic evidence and contact details of the professional who tried to inflate, so please do not throw away the balloon(s) and all packaging. In most circumstances you will have to return to us for further investigation and feedback to the manufacturer.
  • We do not accept returns for accidental damage, which can occur when inflating yourself. Therefore once inflation has been attempted, we only refund if you are able to provide photographic evidence that the balloon was inflated correctly or the name of the professional who inflated your balloon, as w need proof the balloon was faulty rather than damaged
  • Simply fill in the form at the bottom of this page to start the process. We will then contact you for further evidence. It may not be necessary to return the balloons, but please retain them and all packaging until your issues are resolved.
  • If you feel that the balloon was faulty but are unable to provide the evidence requested, you have the right to return the product for us to investigate, however if we find that the balloon is damaged, you will not receive a refund or compensation for postage.
