Balloons are posted flat, so take to a party shop or florist to inflate. If you are unable to do so and are inflating yourselves, please follow our Inflation Guide or contact us for instructions. As balloons can be easily damaged, we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage, including over inflating. Therefore contact us if you have any any problems.
If you are able to collect from Abbots Langley we are able to inflate the balloons for you, collections are by appointment only. See our price chart here.
We only use the best manufacturers. Therefore all of our balloons pass CE standards, characters are licensed and we do not ever use Chinese rip-offs
