How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your chosen balloons and party supplies to your basket, then proceed to our secure checkout. We’ll prepare your order and dispatch it as quickly as possible.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our standard returns policy applies.
Delivery FAQ
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK, so whether you’re planning a birthday, wedding, baby shower or another special occasion, we can send your balloons directly to you.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for the latest delivery estimates.
Can I send balloons as a gift?
Yes. Many customers send our balloons directly to friends and family for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies and other celebrations.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
We do not usually offer next-day delivery, but if you contact us we will let you know how quickly your balloons could be delivered
Balloons FAQ
Do your balloons arrive inflated?
No. Our balloons are supplied uninflated unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Can all balloons be filled with helium?
Not every balloon is suitable for helium. Please check the product description or our Balloon Information and Inflation Guide pages for guidance.
Can I inflate balloons with air instead?
Yes. Many foil and latex balloons can be inflated with air, but they will not float.
How long do helium balloons last?
Float times vary depending on the balloon type, size and environmental conditions. Foil balloons generally float longer than latex balloons. Latex balloons last longer if treated before inflation
Do you sell both foil and latex balloons?
